My goal is to always make our clients comfortable so that we can work out your estate planning objectives together, as a team. I’ve learned early in my career that when estate plans are developed, it is crucial for the attorney to fully understand the client’s financial situation, family dynamics and personal wishes. Unlike with large law firms where the communication is lost when the project is often delegated to various junior associates and paralegals, I make it a point to speak directly to my clients and work closely with them throughout the entire process so that I can properly tailor a plan that meets their specific goals and objectives. My theory is that if you have decided to invest the resources to work with a law office for your estate plan, you should have a fundamental guaranty that it will be your attorney, and not delegated staff members, who will assist you with creating the plan and drafting the important documents.
